Ok. STOP IT... Please at least one day a week drive past the drive through. Do not stop. Go home and make a nice salad with Raspberry Vinegar dressing and skip the dessert for little Billy. You see, we have been sucked in by the food industry into believing that a fast food hamburger once or twice a day is "ok" for us and our kids. MIND MELD... NO IT"S NOT...
We all love our kids and this act of "Super Sizing" them is ridiculous. In my opinion it should be outlawed. But, who am I to have an opinion? Point is folks that the adults in this country have been asleep at the switch for so long and have been sucked in by clever advertising for so long that we are brain dead to the truth. Look, answer this question. If you are miserable in your life did you consciously choose and try real hard to be miserable? You better have answered "no". If you answered "yes" get professional help immediately. So, if you are miserable but did not get that way intentionally then you were asleep at the switch. So, WAKE UP... If you and your kids have gotten fat and out of shape I am willing to bet that you did not get so unhealthy intentionally. So, you were once again asleep at the witch. So, WAKE UP... Stop killing yourself amigo.
Get healthy. Eat well. Take a walk with someone you love. Appreciate all that you have by turning your attention to gratitude. Do something extraordinary for someone else and make their life a little better and do it right NOW... You'll be glad you did.
