Well it finally has come to this. Of course, none of us individually caused the current recession that the world finds itself in. Things are in bad shape folks. And, I think that in the first quarter of 2009 there will be other announcements that might even surprise those of us that are not easily surprised. Look for major adjustments to commercial real estate valuations as credit risk underwriting criteria change yet again. Will be an interesting quarter in the capital markets. I always feel so fortunate and am so grateful that I found out years ago how to earn Passive Leveraged Income so I do not have to slave at a job or be concerned about the overall economy tanking. Whew...
Now to the point. You might be asking what this has to do with the sex lives of the animals at the zoo in San Diego. Well, I just figure that given all of the local budget cutbacks in California that more and more people are probably going to the zoo because it is cheap and interesting entertainment. No self respecting animal is going to want to have sex in front of a bunch of popcorn eating overweight 10 year old kids that are gawking at them like cats perched on the edge of a mouse maze.
